Part 1. Why is “Unfortunately the Process.com.android.phone Has Stopped” Happens?

Solution 1. Clear Cache on Your Android

If the above solutions don’t work, you might need to complete a factory reset. If this is the case, it is more important than ever than you ensure that your data is properly backed up with the Android Data Recovery.
