Step 1. Start Android Manager on Your Computer

After you have downloaded and installed Android Manager, launch it on your PC. Select "Android" and connect your Android with USB cable or via Wi-Fi.
Note: If you choose Wi-Fi, you should make sure that your Android phone and your computer are access to the same network.

Step 2. Backup and Restore Android Contacts, SMS and App

You will see the interface as follow. You are allowed to decide whether to backup and restore all the data or selectively transfer them. If you want to backup them all, you can click "One-Click Backup".
